Returns & Exchange

At Sha&Vani, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer exchanges subject to the following conditions:

Exchanges

  1. Items must be exchanged within 12 days of purchase.
  2. Items must be in new, unworn, and unused condition with all original tags attached.
  3. Exchanges must be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
  4. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of exchanging items.

Please note we only offer exchanges for products of equal or lesser value. If the exchanged product is of a greater value than the original item, the customer is responsible for paying the difference in price. Any products sold outside of the USA are ineligible for any exchanges.​

How to Exchange an Item

  1. Contact our customer service team at nishaandshivani@shaandvani.com to initiate an exchange.
  2. Pack the item securely in the original packaging or a suitable alternative.
  3. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.
  4. Once we receive your exchange, we will process your request within 10-15 business days. 

Damaged or Defective Items

We inspect all items before shipping to ensure there are no damages. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team at nishaandshivani@shaandvani.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. Email us a few pictures of the damage or issues with the product, and we will assess your complaint and assist in rectifying the situation. We will provide instructions on how to exchange the item for a new one at no additional cost. Please note that if you fail to notify us within 24 hours, we may not be able to process your request for a refund or exchange.

Returns

  • We accept returns of unused and unwashed items within 12 days of purchase.
  • All items must be in their original condition with tags attached.
  • We do not accept returns on items that have been altered, personalized, or customized in any way.
  • Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning items.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 10-15 business days of receiving the returned item. We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and inform you if the return has been approved or not. If approved, you will be issued a refund after shipping costs and restocking fee.

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to complete the return process.

Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet our guidelines.

Final Sale Items

Please note that sale items cannot be exchanged. We reserve the right to refuse exchanges that do not meet the above conditions.
